It happened in the settlement of Raciaz on the twenty second of March / third of April, eighteen hundred and ninety at eight o'clock in the morning – Chaskiel Moszek [Yehezkel Moshe son of Dovid Ha-Levy] (Tachna) Taszma, trader, twenty six years old, residing in the settlement of Raciaz, appeared personally in the presence of the witnesses, Moszek Aron Markus, synagogue sexton, seventy four years old, and Lejzer Warszawski, trader, thirty nine years old, both of whom residing in the settlement of Raciaz, and showed us a child of female gender, declaring that it was born in the settlement of Raciaz on the fourteenth / twenty sixth of March of the current year at seven o'clock in the evening to his wife, Malka [Malachah daughter of Yechiel] née Skrzeczanowska, twenty five years old, to whom at circumcision was given the name Dwojra [Devorah daughter of Yehezkel Moshe Ha-Levy].
